My job brings out the very best in me! I love engaging with people from all walks of life and sharing my beautiful island and resort with them. The Caribbean, as we know offers a plethora of unmatched beauty and rich culture and I always look forward to our guests experiencing this!

St. Lucia is known for its genuine hospitality. Our team is versatile and bring lots of great ideas for overall improvement. They appreciate that their opinions and suggestions are embraced and as such are not afraid to share their ideas. They understand the importance of service and share the same vision. They always put the guest at the center of everything they do, but also have a strong team culture.

Marigot Bay Resort and Marina in itself is renowned as the most beautiful bay in the Caribbean. Strategically positioned midway through the island, access to our resort is very easy.
Our resort is adjoined to one of the most popular Marinas in the Caribbean, which co-incidentally is set amidst the most sheltered part of the island best known as a hurricane hole.
We appreciate that each guest is different and as such create individualized experiences, based on personal preferences. Our Personal Assistant team is dedicated to looking after each guest

Our culinary delights speak an international language with a local flare. We incorporate the use of local herbs, spices and embrace our farm to table experience by working closely with the local farming and fishing communities to create more local experiences

PERSONAL TIP?
A must is a trip to the West Coast of the island. Soak it all up in the therapeutic waters of the Caribbean’s only drive in volcano. Use the mud as an exfoliator or mask on your skin.
For the physically active, take a strenuous climb on Gros Piton one of our iconic mountains
For the sea lovers take a boat trip along the island’s coast line. Snorkel or dive along the many dive sites, including Superman’s flight. Snorkel along the marine reserve which stretches past Marigot to Soufriere.
