It brings out the best in me, whereby I am able to mentor, coach and develop our valued team members to provide 100 % customer satisfaction and ensure that we exceed the exceptions of all our new clients. Having to greet our returning clientele year after year, it’s such a thrill to call them by their names and provide them once more with the sterling service synonymous with the Bay Gardens brand.

What do you feel are the ‘’stand out’’ points to the hotel?
Firstly our staff, they are the friendliest people in the entire universe, they are always aiming to ‘wow’ on a continuous basis, always willing to go the extra mile even when they are not called upon. They really are truly an asset to the Bay Gardens Brand. I would not change them for the world. Secondly the properties are all locally owned and managed, and the hands on approach by the Management Team means we are always available. Next the convenience of having three unique properties to choose from, stay in one whilst enjoying the best of all three. Finally the caring nature of our team including management when our clients do not feel well and sometimes having to spend time with them at the hospital or having a team member accompany them to the medical center.
