WHY I LOVE MY JOB?

I have a natural affinity with people and this allows me to interact with staff & guests. I enjoy creating the guest experience and I am passionate about developing and growing the staff to be the very best they can be, taking them out of their comfort zone and showing them they can be more.

WHAT MAKES OUR STAFF SO SPECIAL?

Staff are the heart of the operation, without them my position is meaningless. The staff are friendly, genuine, warm and eager to learn more.

WHAT ARE THE STAND OUT POINTS OF THE RESORT?

First and foremost you will be taking in by the incredible beauty of the location being 1000 feet up a mountain, you have incredible views, lush flora & fauna, it even has its own micro climate. The property has been built in character, having a bit of an old world charm in the great house and the rustic simplicity of the rooms & villas. The variety of food dishes offered from our 5 outlets are of the highest quality, focusing on fresh fruit and vegetables from our farm and local area as well as sourcing the fish from Dieppe Bay fisher folk, caught fresh every day.

PERSONAL TIP?

It is a perfect location to disconnect from the hustle & bustle of life, I would recommend our in-room spa treatments, yoga sessions, nature walks and hike to the mountain. A must is the farm to table, it’s a great way to enjoy all we have to offer served family style with other guest which will create great memories and new friends.
